Service terms
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services to improve reliability, security, or compliance. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes when feasible.
Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You authorize us to charge applicable fees and taxes through your selected payment method.
Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and services remain the property of ShieldPass or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the services.
Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms or create risk for users or the platform.
Dispute resolution

Binding arbitration
Disputes related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law, rather than in court.
No class actions
You agree to bring disputes individually. Class or representative actions are not permitted to the extent allowed by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ShieldPass is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShieldPass is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising from use of the services.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
